An Open Apology To The Card Community
Last night, I was going through my Instagram DMs, and found the above message. That, my friends, is a threat, because in my New York Comic Con video, I mistakenly said that Yu Gi Oh was Pokemon.
Now a lot of you laughed, a lot of you said I shouldn’t have blacked out this guy’s name/profile so the stoolies could have at him, but I’m not laughing. I don’t think the card community is a community to fuck with. I think when this guy told me that I’m “no longer valid to pull up” at New York Comic Con, he was dead serious, and as someone already pointed out, “It’s on site for you” means I don’t even get a warning before getting the shit kicked out of me. Probably papercuts all over my body from Pokemon and/or Yu Gi Oh cards (depending on which game this guy plays, because they are most definitely different) before I even know what’s happening. He’ll probably slit my throat with the plastic protective case you put cards in and leave my body on the convention hall floor.
So here I am issuing a public apology to the card community, as well as the fierce and distinct card communities within the big card community, for my offensive and distasteful comments in that video. I’m deeply sorry. Please find it in your heart to revalidate me to pull up.
